The Weekly Being Green Tip

You see them every where now, those re-useable shopping bags. They can be had for just a dollar or so. They really do make a difference.

But if you are anything like me, you forget to actually take them into the store with you.

The tip for this week is to keep them in your car. Not in the trunk where you won't see them, but in your car right next to where you sit. This ups your chances of actually using them.

If you find yourself in the store without your bags, be sure to ask for paper. These can easily be reused or recycled. If you do get stuck using plastic bags, make sure you find someway to reuse them or return them to a store that recycles them!
