One of the most environmentally friendly things you can do is pay attention when you are shopping.
Not just what you are buying, but the packaging it comes in. Think too about the bags you bring your purchases home in.

Have you made plans yet for getting your green on next Tuesday? That’s right! Earth Day 2008 is only a few days away!
See if your community is doing anything special for Earth Day. There are a lot of Earth Day events planned for all around the globe. Find a local event and get involved.
Remember though even if your community doesn’t have anything planned that you can still do your part for the environment. Even the small things such as recycling make a difference. Find another use for those things that you would just throw out, turn those lights off.
